Orders & Shipping

In order to guarantee you get the most out of our online store, we allow customers to place an order either as a Guest or as a Registered user.

Should you complete your purchase as a Registered User, your data will be saved for future use on your account and you will be able to track the status of your orders directly through your account.

To purchase an item:

  • Select one or more products.
  • Make sure to select the correct size and add the product(s) to the cart using the «Add to Bag» button.
  • To proceed with the payment, go to the «Shopping Cart» page.
  • Click the «Go to Checkout» button.
  • Enter the data necessary to complete the purchase: personal information, shipping and payment.
  • Once the purchase process is complete, you will receive confirmation of your purchase.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional notification via email with the tracking number of your parcel.

Please note that the payment of your order is processed upon the order confirmation.
